I stayed for 2 nights and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I mean they greeted me every time I passed by the lobby like I was some kind of VIP! Plus, the matcha kit in the room? A delightful surprise that made my mornings enjoyable.

Wasn’t exactly cheap, but definitely acceptable for the experience I had.

Had a 6-night stay in a cute little room! Staff were super helpful, especially a guy named Nagura who really took care of us. Not to mention, we enjoyed the daily gift sack with goodies! Just a heads-up, the room is a bit small compared to what we expected. The Italian restaurant on-site was just okay, though.

The culinary scene around Resol Kyoto is a gem! From the creamy brews at Takagi Coffee to fresh bites at Sushi Senta, you'll feast like royalty. Plus, the hotel's chic decor and super comfy beds made my stay feel like a cozy retreat!

Now, the only hiccup? The entrance setup requires navigating some stairs or an elevator, which could be a hassle during peak seasons.
