What they don’t tell you
This hotel captivated me with its traditional Japanese elements like tatami floors and matcha-making supplies. The comfortable beds invited restful nights, and the staff's kindness was a delightful surprise, especially when they recognized my honeymoon celebrations. Don’t miss the lovely toiletries and green tea—all adding to a memorable stay!

Solo traveler looking for comfort
I stayed for 2 nights and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. I mean they greeted me every time I passed by the lobby like I was some kind of VIP! Plus, the matcha kit in the room? A delightful surprise that made my mornings enjoyable.
Wasn’t exactly cheap, but definitely acceptable for the experience I had.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Nishiki Market, making it easy to explore local dining options. The room was tidy and thoughtfully organized, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in. Dedicated amenities, including take-home toiletries, added a nice touch to the stay. However, the hotel lacked some central features, making it slightly less ideal for those wishing to be in the thick of the action.

Cozy stay in a great location
Had a 6-night stay in a cute little room! Staff were super helpful, especially a guy named Nagura who really took care of us. Not to mention, we enjoyed the daily gift sack with goodies! Just a heads-up, the room is a bit small compared to what we expected. The Italian restaurant on-site was just okay, though.

Had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights with my family. The location was perfect, just a short walk to public transportation and surrounded by great eateries. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit on the small side which made it a bit tricky with our luggage. I really appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay pleasant and hassle-free.
